Susan brings to the table over 25 years of negotiating and transactional experience and know-how in representing Sellers and Buyers of San Francisco/Bay Area real estate - both residential and income properties.
Susan's academic training in International Relations (Bachelor of Science) and experience as a participant in regional and international conferences have honed those skill sets essential to a successful career in real estate. In addition, she has served for several years, in an appointive capacity by the City and County of San Francisco, as Vice Chair/Secretary-Treasurer of the Treasure Island Development Authority.
Further bolstering the edge for her clients, Susan diligently networks with colleagues and related industry professionals to keep abreast of real estate market trends and directions.
Susan is actively involved in community and global environmental causes through organizations like the SF-based Philippine International Aid, the University of the Philippines and the California Academy of Sciences.
